The initial meeting between your leadership team and your prospective Summit OS Guide to exchange information about your business, your guide, and the Summit Operating System™. This meeting helps both parties decide whether they are a strong mutual fit to “climb together.” If so, it aligns the team to begin their upcoming Base Camp Days prepared and on the same page.
What Is the Expedition Meeting™?
The Expedition Meeting™ is a facilitated demonstration and discovery session between a Summit OS Guide™ and your leadership team.
Once the CEO or owner is mostly on board, this is the initial session intended to:
- Introduce your leadership team to the Summit Operating System® story and tools
- Help your team understand how the system works
- See your prospective Summit OS Guide™ in action
- Ask questions and get answers to determine fit and get ready for the climb
Expedition Meeting™ Formats
We offer two formats for the Expedition Meeting™:
- 90-minute in-person, front-of-whiteboard session
- 60-minute Zoom session with slides
Both versions are designed as interactive training sessions with time for questions and discussion.
Who the Expedition Meeting™ Is For
The Expedition Meeting™ is designed for:
- Business owners, CEOs, and their leadership teams who want to understand Summit OS®, get their questions answered, and experience what working with a Guide is like.
- Organizations looking for a guided, educational session before committing to the Summit OS Climb.
