Barthlow has a proven track record of strategic growth and P&L leadership, having supported and led the due diligence, integration, and growth leadership of US and international mergers and acquisitions totaling nearly $1 billion.
Prior to joining BT Federal, he held senior roles at Cubic Corporation, Harris Corporation, Northrop Grumman, and AT&T, where he developed and managed rugged IoT, mission communications, C4ISR, and secure networking product portfolios and business units.
He is a US Marine Corps veteran who served as chief of joint theater data networks, US Central Command during Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
He holds an MBA, an MS in Information Systems, a BA, and a General Management Program credential from the Wharton School of Business.
