With over 30 years of business experience, Ian began his career managing commercial operations for major UK brands like Woolworths and Paddy Power, later expanding into international leadership with companies such as LVS and Cryptologic.
Founding his own business led him to his passion: coaching and mentoring business owners and leadership teams. He facilitates peer learning and structured coaching to improve decision-making, team strength, and leadership fulfillment.
Ian authored Good Judgement: The Art & Practice of Critical Thinking, offering practical tools for effective leadership. Outside of work, he enjoys trekking, cycling, and live music, pursuits that keep him inspired and grounded.
