What Is SEAL Camp™?
SEAL Camp™ is an immersive, hands-on training and certification program for new Summit OS Guides™ who have been accepted into the program.
Over a full day of training (and followed by the SEAL Summit held for both new and seasoned Guides), participants learn the essential tools, frameworks, and facilitation techniques required to guide leadership teams using the Summit Operating System™.
The camp blends live instruction, tool walkthroughs, role-plays, and practice sessions, giving future Summit OS Guides™ the confidence and skills needed to support real client teams.
