What Is a Strategy Stack?
The Strategy Stack is an educational, facilitator-led strategy exercise that teaches leaders how to make strategic positioning sustainable by delivering it through a system of interconnected, differentiating activities—not slogans. If you’re not seen as different, you’re actually the same.

How the Service Works
During a series of guided Strategy Stack sessions, participants learn how to:

- Compile those Unique Activities into a Strategy Stack.
- Tweak your Unique Activities with the Unique Activity Optimizer™ tool to make them even harder to imitate.
Build Your Own Strategy Stack
- Add the Unique Activities you identified into the puzzle pieces.
- Evaluate how unique the activities are compared to competitors—and refine where needed to increase differentiation.
