Overview of Services
1. Vision Alignment Workshop
Purpose: Help leadership articulate the long-term vision, define company purpose, and connect it to strategy.
Format: A guided, in-person or virtual workshop with leadership teams (1–2 days).
2. Strategy Mapping Workshop
Purpose: Develop, document and integrate a differentiated strategy to realize your vision.
Format: Facilitated 4-day workshop to build Pages 2 and 3 (Strategy Map).
3. Quarterly Review & Refresh
Purpose: Keep the Vision & Strategy Map™ alive and relevant throughout the year.
Format: Quarterly 2-hour reviews with leadership to evaluate progress, refine the elements of strategy and to brainstorm communication approaches.
